A.Buying or selling a home is intensly personal and inspires high emotions, People need someone they can "connect" with who will make sure they get what they want. That's a challenge I love.
Q. What do you mean by "connect" with?
A.Your home is an extension of yourself. We invest emotionally. It's our base, our refuge, and the place we share happy and sad times with friends and family. It is the repository for our memories and often a reflection of what we value. At the same time, it usually represents our largest financial commitment and investment.Your Realtor needs to understand what you value, and your goals --on a very basic level.
